- Experience with telephone survey interviewing skills and CATI software
- Leadership/Management experience essential
- Experience of coaching, motivating and mentoring a team working towards achieving targets and deadlines
- Competent with Excel to produce reporting and analysis
- Highly organised and comfortable managing your own workload
- Arrange, design and carry out interviewer training
- Lead, manage, coach and motivate your team to achieve targets and deadlines
- Be the first point of contact for queries and questions from the interviewing team
- Manage quotas to ensure targets are met
- Perform quality assurance reviews and providing feedback to team members
- Providing regular analytics on progress
- Monitor resource and staffing levels to ensure of sufficient staffing levels
- Assisting with interviews as and when required
- Scripting questionnaires, testing and providing feedback to the project team
- Salary of £28-32k DOE
