Summary of role

You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the successful execution of various projects and programmes across our apprenticeship business ranging from product development to strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and refining project plans, timelines, and workflows in collaboration with the Strategic Project Director and the PMO/ Product Development team.
  • Generate regular reports on project and product development progress, key performance indicators, and milestones, adhering to PMO reporting standards.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure alignment with PMO methodologies and standards.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools. 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple deliverables at once.
  • Previous experience in a Project Management Office .
  • Ability to deliver under pressure, to tight timescales, coping with changing priorities.
  • Confidence in questioning assumptions in a collaborative/consultative manner, and the ability to get to root cause.
  • Knowledge of project management process, including agile would be beneficial.
