We have partnered with a leading Research Organization who require a Project Research Team Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The role is predominately home based with the requirement to work from their Birmingham based offices 2 days per week.As Project Research Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and coaching a team of home-based researchers. To be considered for the role, we welcome applications from Individuals with a proven track record in leading teams in a similar role/environment.To be considered for the Project Research Team Manager role:
  • Experience with telephone survey interviewing skills and CATI software
  • Leadership/Management experience essential
  • Experience of coaching, motivating and mentoring a team working towards achieving targets and deadlines
  • Competent with Excel to produce reporting and analysis
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing your own workload
Key duties of the Project Research Team Manager Role Include:
  • Arrange, design and carry out interviewer training
  • Lead, manage, coach and motivate your team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Be the first point of contact for queries and questions from the interviewing team
  • Manage quotas to ensure targets are met
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and providing feedback to team members
  • Providing regular analytics on progress
  • Monitor resource and staffing levels to ensure of sufficient staffing levels
  • Assisting with interviews as and when required
  • Scripting questionnaires, testing and providing feedback to the project team
