As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee circa 15 restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance during this exciting growth phase.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide store management teams
  • Travel between sites to maintain high standards
  • Drive operational consistency, product quality, and guest experience
  • Make strategic management decisions
  • Oversee financial performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
What we’re Looking For:
  • Experience in restaurants, Bars, QSRs, or similar environments
  • Multi-site management experience is must
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building ability
