Are you an experience Contract catering General Manager ready for the next challenge?
THE JOB:
- Day to day management of a large Contract Catering site
- Representing the Contract Caterer during all client meetings.
- Management, mentoring and development of the team by providing both positive and constructive feedback.
- Development of strong and long-lasting relationships with the Client and their employees as well as strengthening the business’ operation onsite.
- Ensuring a complete guest satisfaction in every visit and encouraging return business within both internal and external clientele while remaining  in line with the business’ brand image.
- Maintenance of the Health and Safety Standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. 2 years’ General Management experience within Contract Catering sector of the Hospitlaity Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Management but also of hospitality as well as meeting and event basics including set ups, operations, forward planning as well as client liaisons.
- Keen eye for detail and a sense of luxury without compromise.
- Ability to engage with both the team as well as the guests.
- Ability to deliver to strict deadlines.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
