My client is a casual dining restaurant based in Birmingham City Centre, looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their team in providing high quality service to all their customers
The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager will be:
Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper performance and a positive work environment.
Oversee customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Manage budgets, control costs, track sales, and analyse financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.
Develop marketing strategies, engage with the community, and promote the restaurant.
The ideal General Manager will:
Have experience in a Restaurant Management position
Have experience in a casual dining setting
Be passionate about the industry
Flexible, dedicated and good customer service skills
Job-type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum,
Schedule: 5/7 days, 8-12 hour shifts
