National Food & Beverage Manager - Role & Responsibilities
- This is a national position - Travel is required
- Must have previous experience working with food and drink in an operational capacity
- Delivering food and drink training to teams
- Monitor site performance of food and drink sales and the service performance
- Must have strong food and drink experience across multi-site
- Champion the consistent delivery of excellent product quality
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Working closely with food and drink partners
- Taking ownership for bar and diner training academies
- Must have strong commercial acumen as you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting activity, performance and costs
- Support audit teams
- Will have a keen eye for detail
- Support the launch of various food and drink projects and initiatives
- Strong communication skills as well as a positive attitude is a must!
