We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager from a volume dining outlet to join this dynamic team in Birmingham in a wonderful luxury 4* hotel.
You need to have restaurant / bar experience with focus on customer service as well as a real passion for developing your team and implementing new standards.
KEY POINTS
- Operational and financial management of the Restaurant
- Knowledge of all F&B Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health, sanitation standards and menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with focus on team's development, training and progression
- Ability to assess quality control and adherence to service standards
- Commercially savvy (Offers; trends and competition; etc)
- Ability to analyse and present financial information (Budgets, kpi's, cost control, etc)
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving covers to the restaurant
- Displays comprehensive computer skills
- Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a restaurant
