Position Overview: As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and maximizing profitability. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to contribute to the success of a thriving restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high levels of service quality and consistency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and food costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.
