- Update customer records, including contact information and order statuses, and resolve any related issues.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as preparing reports and responding to customer inquiries.
- Address any freight-related issues and serve as a liaison between customers and drivers.
- Optimise job efficiency by identifying opportunities for backhauling where appropriate.
- Prior experience in the transport industry is highly desirable.
