Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician (Night Shifts)

Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Night Shift Salary: £36,500- £39,000 + fully expensed company van + time saved bonus - OTE £42,500-£46,000

Role is working permanent Night Shifts

Monday to Friday 1 in 4 Saturdays

Shift Times for Night Shift: 10pm to 7am finish. Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 10pm - 2am

Job Purpose:

  • Provide top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
  • Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
  • Commit to continuous learning and development.
  • Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
  • Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.
  • Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'.
