We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth across all funding streams and develop tailored commercial offers for employers and learners. You’ll work closely with Contract Managers and the Performance Team to meet key performance and financial targets, building strong relationships with stakeholders, employers, and referral agencies to expand Pathway’s footprint in your area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth across various funding streams, including AEB, Apprenticeships, Learner Loans and Skills Bootcamps.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise sales, marketing, and business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, and referral agencies.
- Champion customer excellence in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for both learners and employers.
- Utilise CRM tools and digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and retention.
- Drive learner recruitment and support Pathway’s performance goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development with a strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to meet performance targets and financial KPIs.
- Expertise in supply chain management, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of ESFA funding streams and a clear understanding of the learner journey.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
