Location: Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton (Field Based)
Salary: 40,000 to 55,000 depending on experience, plus competitive bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion: Lead the sales efforts to promote the company's high-power laser cutting technology.
Customer Focus: Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
Target Achievement: Exceed sales targets by identifying market needs and aligning the company's offerings to address customer requirements.
Business Development: Drive new business opportunities within your assigned territory, contributing to long-term success and growth.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering customized solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure the seamless delivery of customer requirements.
Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the benefits of the company's laser cutting technology.
Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position the company effectively.
Territory Management: Own your sales territory, creating and executing strategies that drive growth and results.
Value Addition: Identify opportunities to add value through additional services and processes, increasing profitability.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in materials processing or metal fabrication, particularly in selling laser cutting services to OEMs or Tier 1 companies.
Technical Knowledge: Experience in engineering or laser technology is desirable.
Analytical & Strategic: Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and craft targeted sales strategies.
Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and managing a territory with autonomy.
Client-Facing Confidence: Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical solutions to clients.
Proven Sales Record: A track record of developing new business, meeting, and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
