The Role
The purpose of the role is to drivethe growth and success of the business by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role works closely with the Business Manager and key stakeholders.
- To target and gain new accounts and drive new business in digital print sales
- Cross sell Service Graphics Group services and solutions where appropriate
- To develop existing accounts, introducing new service offerings to and expanding our sales revenue
- Lead generation through networking, attending industry events or cold outreach
- Able to effectively sell all company offering, including new innovative services that are developed
- Ensuring client satisfaction at all times
- Effective time management and territory planning
- Good understanding of branch operations
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the team
- To record all activity on the CRM system
- To deliver work on time and to a high standard as agreed.
- To understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies
- Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines..

- Develop, maintain, and update and understand the branch network and suite of products and services the business provides in order to deliver the best product and service to the client.

- Deliver ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the manager
- Highlight any Health and Safety issues to the site lead and management teams as required
