Are you from a Sales or Business Development background with knowledge of Print and Packaging / FMCG Packaging and looking to join a globally renowned manufacturer where you will be given full autonomy to manage your own pipeline of customers, working alongside the UK's largest manufacturers and gaining the training needed to become an industry expert all whilst being able to massively affect your earnings through industry leading commission?

On offer is a Business Development Manager position, where you will be given the opportunity to take the lead and step into a highly autonomous position as you develop a portfolio of clients, working in a bespoke industry and having the ability to directly affect your earnings through commission opportunities.

They are looking to expand their business development team as they continue to grow and are looking for a motivated individual to contribute to their continued success.

This role would suit an ambitious individual from a Sales or Business Development background looking to join an industry leading business, where you can play a lead role in developing new business whilst being given excellent earning potential and a high degree of autonomy to manage your own work.

The Role:
*Business Development, finding and working with new clients to secure their business
*Autonomy to develop your customer pipeline through whatever means suit yourself best
*Opportunity to massively affect your earnings through commission structures.

The Person:
*From a Business Development or Sales background
*Knowledge of Print / Packaging
*Full UK Drivers License
*Experience building and retaining client pipelines
