My client are a dynamic and growing accountancy practice and are seeking an ambitious Graduate Trainee Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a successful career in finance while gaining exposure to a broad range of services, including accounts preparation, tax, and audit.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for a variety of clients across different sectors.
- Support tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Participate in audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality service and tailored advice to clients.
- Gain hands-on experience while studying towards your ACCA or ACA qualification, with full financial and mentoring support.
What We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a commitment to professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
