Reward
- OTE £32,000
- Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm / 9am 5pm
- 30 mins lunch break

Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Typing and preparing quotations
- Reaching out to previous customers to inquire if they have any additional requirements
- Making outbound calls to follow quotations and warm leads
- Answering inbound calls
- Accurately and efficiently inputting data
- Organising and maintaining files
- Utilising in-house online systems
- Liaising with suppliers
- Taking deliveries
- Signing off purchase orders
Skills and experience
- Excellent work ethic
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work on your own initiative and in a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
