Job Title: Marketing Account Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to 45,000 DOE
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Account Manager to join our growing marketing agency in Birmingham.
The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will also be expected to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet our clients' objectives and produce the desired results.
You will also be required to develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
* Establish relationships with clients and manage long term relationships
* Lead and manage a team of people to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on time
* Negotiate contracts and manage budgets
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to meet our clients' objectives
* Prepare and present reports to clients
* Monitor and analyse results of campaigns
* Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for new campaigns
Technical Skills:
* Must have experience working in a B2B Marketing Agency!
* Strong customer service skills
* Proven experience in client management
* Ability to manage budgets effectively
* Ability to negotiate contracts
* Experience in developing marketing campaigns
* Ability to analyse data and report results
* Knowledge of the marketing industry
* Knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
