Accounts Assistant required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity based in Birmingham city centre with a view to start immediately. You will be working mainly on the accounts payable side dealing with processing payments, reconciling key supplier statements, managing the query inbox, processing subcontractor invoices, processing expenses and mentoring new starters.

My client is ideally looking for an accounts assistant with a strong background in accounts payable that can also help on the accounts receivable side. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and be comfortable working in a fast paced challenging role.
