FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a Birmingham based property business.
Suitable candidates will have experience of a variety of transactional finance duties such as the duties listed below. The business are offering salaries of around £25,000 & they are office based using Xero & MS Excel.
Duties Will Include
- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Credit control
- Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Process expenses / credit card transactions
- Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments
- Processing a small monthly payroll (Experience isn't essential for this as training can be provided)
- Supporting with VAT Returns (Experience isn't essential for this as training can be provided)
- Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
- Matching invoices to delivery notes
