Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a permanent role? Paying an attractive salary of £27,000 in the hear of Nechells you'll be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00am - 16:30pm .We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in accounts receivable, payroll, and invoicing, looking to grow within a SME.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable - Managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records.Payroll Processing - Assisting with payroll calculations and ensuring timely payments.Raising Invoices - Generating and sending invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Data Entry - Accurately inputting financial data into the system.CIS Returns - Processing Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) deductions and payments.Sage 50 - Using Sage 50 for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.Skills & Experience Required:Experience in accounts receivable, payroll, and invoicing.Proficiency in Sage 50 and a strong understanding of CIS.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.If you are an enthusiastic and motivated accounts professional with the skills listed above, we'd love to hear from you!Please contact Hayley Whitehead at Pertemps Birmingham or click apply today!
