- Creating Accounts
- Sales/Purchase invoicing
- Commercial invoicing
- Creating POs
- Credit control
- Filing customer Statements/remittances
- Employee Payroll (applying Holidays, Employee time sheets, sicknesses and absence onto Vanquish)
- Fuel Card analysis
- Service receipt analysis
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant educational qualifications in finance or a related field.
