Based in Birmingham city centre, this role provides excellent experience to work in the finance team of a large scale company. Your duties will include but aren't limited to raising invoices, posting cash receipt journals, sending monthly statements to customers, ensuring timely payment from customers and bank cheques, and other ad hoc duties as required. You will be working within a very friendly finance team who's collaborative work dynamic means that you will always feel supported.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience with Sales Ledger duties or in a similar role is essential. Particularly advantageous if you have experience handling a high volume of invoices.
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature to help excel with handling stakeholders and working in the finance team.
  • Proficient with Excel, including experience using Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS is essential.
  • Able to work well in both a collaborative and autonomous setting, demonstrating strong self organisational skills and attention to detail.
