Alliance Personnel are seeking a Screen Printer to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will possess 'can do attitude' and willingness to learn new skills. This role is essential in producing high-quality printed materials while ensuring that all designs meet the specifications and expectations of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
  • Prepare screens for printing by applying emulsion and inks
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into print-ready files.
  • Ensure colour accuracy and consistency throughout the printing process.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process, including equipment malfunctions or design discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, and other printing supplies.

Requirements

  • PC literate
  • Full training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for colour accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving technologies in the printing industry.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 38hrs per week.
