About the Role:

As the Freelance SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the studio's digital strategy, driving organic growth, and enhancing search engine rankings across a variety of exciting projects. You'll work alongside a team of digital experts, ensuring that SEO best practices are embedded throughout the design and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
Optimise website content, architecture, and meta-data for both desktop and mobile to maximise performance.
Collaborate closely with the digital product team to align SEO with broader business objectives.
Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance SEO efforts.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, ideally in a digital product or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including audits, site structure, and HTML.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Passion for creating inclusive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
