Kaden Education is seeking talented and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a secondary school based in B1, Birmingham and make a positive impact on the lives of students across KS3 & KS4.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
  • Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
  • Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school's overall success.
  • Marking and planning lessons will be essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools and a thorough understanding of the Math's curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
