Responsibilities:- Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teachers.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom activities.
- Assist students with their work and maintain engagement.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, including behavior management.
- Provide feedback on student progress to relevant staff.
- Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
