Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Drama Teacher/Performing Arts Teacher to work in a Middle School in Redditch. September 2024 start.

QTS/PGCE is NOT essential - Past Teaching Experience is a MUST.

Daily Tasks will include:

- Managing classroom behaviour- Delivering planned lessons (Drama/Performing Arts)- Building relationships with staff & pupils- Free reign on designing the own Drama Curriculum

- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour - desirable School Based.

- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties - EHCPs

- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
