Job Title: English & (KS3 History) Teacher
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 120 - 250 per day. Dependent on experience.
Contract Type: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Long-term
Start Date: Immediately

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join their lovely team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons with also KS3 History. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for English and History.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English and KS3 at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English and History.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
