English Teacher – Alternative ProvisionAre you an experienced English Teacher with strong behaviour management skills and a passion for supporting students who face barriers to learning? This Alternative Provision in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to teach small classes up to GCSE level and help students reengage with education.This role is ideal for an English Teacher who can build positive relationships with students, inspire a love for literature and language, and adapt lessons to meet individual needs. The successful candidate will join a committed team who are passionate about providing high-quality education and helping students overcome challenges.Job Role:
  • Teaching English to students in small groups, up to GCSE level.
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning abilities.
  • Managing classroom behaviours effectively using strong behaviour management techniques.

Requirements:
