- Teaching English to students in small groups, up to GCSE level.
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning abilities.
- Managing classroom behaviours effectively using strong behaviour management techniques.
- Supporting students to develop their confidence, literacy skills, and a love for learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, with experience teaching up to GCSE level.
- Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- A commitment to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.
- A valid DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
