Tradewind is currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a good secondary school in the south Birmingham. This is a long-term full-time position, starting as soon as Monday! The role will be on supply initially, with potential for extension. Applications from both experienced teachers and ECT's are welcome. The ability to teach English Language and English Literature to KS3 & 4 is essential.
The pay rates for this position will be dependent on experience, up to (UPS3). £163 - £251.73 per day
The Role:
- Teaching both English Language and English Literature to KS3 & 4 is essential.
- Full-time, long-term position.
- Daily pay rates ranging from £163 to £251.73 per day, depending on experience.
- Full teacher responsibility, including planning, delivering, and marking lessons. Attendance at CPD sessions and parents evenings may be required.
The Essentials:
- QTS or equivalent qualification.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
- A complete 10-year career history.
- Minimum of 2 references, including your most recent employment reference.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
