Exciting Opportunity: English Teacher - Full-Time Long-Term Supply Position in a South Birmingham Secondary School.
Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher seeking a teaching role starting ASAP or after the October half term?
Tradewind is currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in south Birmingham near the Kings Heath area. This is a long-term full-time position for a minimum of 1 terms supply with potential for permanent opportunities. Applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome. The ability to teach English Language and English Literature to KS3 & 4 is essential.
The pay rates for this position will be dependent on experience from MPS1- UPS3 (£163 - £252 per day)
The role:
- Teaching both English Language and English Literature to KS3 & 4 is essential.
- Full-time, long-term position.
- Full teacher responsibility, including planning, delivering, and marking lessons. Attendance at CPD sessions and parents evenings may be required.
The essentials:
- QTS or equivalent qualification.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
- A complete 10-year career history.
- Minimum of 2 references, including your most recent employment reference.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
