The department leads an exciting curriculum that celebrates both high academic expectations and the development of student character through challenging literature.The RoleWe are seeking a leader who, in addition to being an excellent teacher, will ensure that the Academy builds on the success of its 7 year partnership with LAMDA. You will be committed to improving oracy by promoting high standards of LAMDA implementation and delivery across the Academy. You will be able to: develop and implement action plans; facilitate support and guidance to colleagues and work with school leaders to co-ordinate extra-curricular oracy opportunities.You will have a strong commitment to effective behaviour management within a restorative practice framework. You will have the proven ability to manage and support staff and maintain momentum and morale.
