Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Develop lesson plans that cater to a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and enthusiasm.
Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the department.
Support students in achieving their full potential through targeted interventions and support.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and assessment methods.
Ability to create engaging and challenging lessons for students of all abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Passionate about mathematics and teaching.
