The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their best. You will be expected to:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Geography or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the ethos and values of the school
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
