Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join our client's dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for geography and education, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging geography lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support student development.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and share best practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching geography at a secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for geography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
