Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching & Learning

    • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Health & Social Care, Psychology, and Sociology, tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
    • Use creative teaching methods to inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
    • Set high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
  • Curriculum Development

    • Contribute to the development and review of the curriculum in line with national standards and school priorities.
    • Provide feedback and assessments that encourage academic progress and personal growth.
  • Pastoral Care

    • Support the holistic development of students by fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
    • Act as a form tutor and monitor students' well-being and progress.
  • Collaboration

    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and develop cross-curricular initiatives.
    • Participate in department meetings, CPD sessions, and school events.
