Location: BirminghamSalary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)Hours: Full-time, 8:15 am - 3:30 pmContract: Permanent, September 2025 – ongoing

Your Role
  • Teach Humanities – Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4, covering RE, history, and geography.

  • Foster Growth – Build positive relationships to support students’ academic and personal development.

  • Manage Behaviour – Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.

  • Differentiate Learning – Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs and ensure progress for all students.

  • Collaborate – Contribute to curriculum planning, assessments, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.

What We’re Looking ForQualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid Teacher Reference Number (TRN).

Experience:
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective lessons.

  • Minimum 6 months teaching experience in Key Stage 3 and GCSE Humanities.
