The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maths ECT to take charge of their own classes while receiving expert guidance through a structured induction programme. You will deliver high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, helping them develop confidence and strong problem-solving skills. The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, and adapting teaching methods to support all learners.
The Candidate
The school is looking for a driven and ambitious Maths ECT who:
Holds or is working towards QTS in Mathematics
Has a strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young mathematicians
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
Is eager to take on responsibility and develop their teaching practice in a high-achieving environment
