Career Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Maths Teacher (Must hold QTS / QTLS), for a secondary school based in Birmingham. This is a full role to start immediately on a long-term, temporary basis until December 2024 in the first instance.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join the staff team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Maths at key stage 3 and 4, and a commitment to inspiring and educate students in the field of Maths. You will be responsible for delivering high quality Mathematics lessons, preparing students for academic success and instilling a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications & Requirements of Maths Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience teaching Maths at key stage 3 and 4.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning process.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS check on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
• Have up-to-date safeguarding training; Career Teachers offer FREE online Safeguarding training
• Provide a full 10-year career history and references to cover the last 2 years including current and previous employers.
