Role Requirements:

- Teaching Expertise:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in Mathematics for students in Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4), tailoring instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Maths department to develop and adapt curriculum resources, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum and promoting critical problem-solving skills.- Student Support: Provide personalised support and feedback to help students reach their full potential, offering extra support to those who need it and extending learning opportunities for high achievers.- Assessment and Progress Tracking: Utilise a range of assessment methods to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust lesson plans as needed.- Classroom Management:Establish a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore mathematical concepts and apply them confidently.- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in mathematics education.

Qualifications and Experience:
