As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to secondary students, ensuring that all learners make excellent progress in their mathematical studies. You will work within a collaborative team, sharing best practices and making a positive impact on the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all students, ensuring that all learners make progress.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support improvement.
Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development activities.
Contribute to the school's wider curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure high standards of teaching across the department.
Skills and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A strong passion for teaching Maths and inspiring students to achieve their best.
Experience teaching Maths to secondary school students, ideally at KS3 and KS4.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Enhanced DBS clearance (Aspire People can assist with this).
