Are you passionate about Maths and inspiring young minds? We are seeking an exceptional Maths Teacher, whether experienced or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to raising standards and achieving outstanding outcomes in Maths education.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students aged 11-16, fostering a love for the subject and enhancing their learning experience.
  • Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing timely feedback to encourage and motivate them.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies for continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Engage actively with parents and the school community to support student learning and development.
  • Contribute to the school’s Character Programme, promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and academic excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in teaching Maths.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently training as an ECT with a focus on Maths.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and willingness to engage in continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Flexible, aspirational, and enthusiastic attitude towards education.
  • Reflective practitioner with a strong desire to contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
