Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Use a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
Track and monitor student progress and provide feedback to encourage improvement.
Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all students in your care.
Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Strong knowledge and passion for Maths.
Previous teaching experience at a secondary school level is preferred but not essential.
A commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to adapt to changing circumstances.
