With small class sizes and excellent support from teaching assistants, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and make a lasting impact. This role requires a QTS Maths teacher who has ideally taught in an SEMH school or Alternative Provision previously. Job Role:

Teaching Maths to small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students up to GCSE level.
Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
Managing behaviour effectively and fostering a positive learning environment.
Working closely with the pastoral team to support social and emotional development.
Encouraging engagement and confidence in Maths through creative teaching strategies.
