Maths Teacher – PRU (Part-Time, 3 Days a Week)Are you a dynamic and adaptable Maths Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role? This established PRU is seeking an experienced QTS Maths Teacher to teach small classes of students three days a week. This role is perfect for a Maths Teacher who thrives on helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential in a supportive and inclusive setting.As a Maths Teacher you will be working with students who have been excluded from mainstream education, you will deliver engaging lessons that inspire confidence and a love for Maths. You will join a dedicated team committed to creating positive outcomes for every student, providing a tailored approach to meet individual needs. This role requires a QTS Maths Teacher with strong subject knowledge and good classroom management skills.Job Role:
  • Teaching Maths to small groups of students with additional behavioural or emotional needs, up to GCSE level.
  • Planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, accessible, and tailored to individual learning abilities.
  • Supporting students to rebuild confidence in their mathematical skills and overcome challenges.
  • Managing classroom behaviours with effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies.
  • Collaborating with staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
