Plan and deliver effective and engaging Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4.Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and analysis of historical events and trends.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.Contribute to the development of the history curriculum and resources.Support the personal, social, and emotional development of students.Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in school-wide initiatives.
