Teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 & 4 to small groups of students with SEMH needs.
Creating engaging, differentiated lessons to ensure every student can succeed.
Building strong relationships with students, helping to break down barriers to learning.
Working closely with an experienced and supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants.
Managing behaviour positively, using de-escalation techniques where necessary.
Assessing and tracking student progress, implementing interventions as needed.
