Key Responsibilities:

Teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5).
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that engage students and support their progress.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring students of varying abilities are supported.
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance to encourage continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and ideas that support the department's goals.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development.
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
Passion for teaching Maths and inspiring students to succeed.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level (Key Stage 3/4/5) is desirable but not essential.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
