We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Yardley area. This is a part-time position (2 days per week), ideal for a qualified teacher looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students' learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Encourage discussions on different faiths, cultures, and ethical issues.
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit a diverse range of learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching RE at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to promoting tolerance and understanding among students.
